Price Disclaimer:
Price does not include tax or shipping. Specifications, availability, prices and terms of offer are subject to change without notice. K&T Stoneworks is not responsible for photographic, typographic or system errors.

Color Disclaimer:
Although every effort has been made to represent each color and texture, etc. as accurately as possible, the inherent nature of stone can result in minor variations. If the exact color and texture are critically important, we will gladly send you actual samples of the stone. If you do not see the color or texture you are looking for, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Deposit:
You will be sent a proposal itemizing the cost of the fireplace, any applicable taxes and the cost of packaging and shipping. A 50% deposit will be required before production begins. The remaining balance will be due before shipment. Our fireplaces are produced on a built-to-order basis; consequently, once production begins on your order, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Shipments:
All items are manufactured at our facility in West Palm Beach, FL. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. All claims on apparent or concealed shipping damage should immediately be noted on the driver’s bill of lading and be reported to K&T Stoneworks within 7 days of delivery. Save all broken stones and all packing material, and K&T Stoneworks will replace any broken or chipped stones as soon as possible.

Delivery Note:
The truck driver will not take the crate off the truck for you. We always ask the trucking company to use a lift-gated truck, but this is not always possible. Please have several people that are capable of heavy lifting available to unload from the trucker’s tailgate. If you are not able to receive the shipment on the specified date, we can hold your order up to 4 weeks provided the order is paid in full.

Order Completion:
Please allow approximately 6 weeks for your cast-stone order and 12 weeks for your natural stone order. If you are trying to meet a deadline, please let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate your time frame.

Returns:
Returns may be accepted provided the original crate is intact. Since each fireplace is built-to-order, all returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and subject to approval by K&T Stoneworks. There will be no refunds of the original shipping charges, and return freight charges will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Installation:
Proper installation is your responsibility. If you choose to install yourself, make sure you have everything necessary for correct installation. It is the personal responsibility and obligation of the customer to contact a qualified installer to assure installation meets all local and national codes and ordinances. Otherwise, contact a local contractor to complete the installation (recommended).

Warranty:
K&T Stoneworks’ products are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects, except those variations typical to cast stone. Any defective products will be replaced.

Sales Tax:
You will be charged a Florida sales tax of 6.5% on your order. If you are a resident of any state other than Florida, you may be subject to a use tax or the difference between Florida’s sales tax and your state’s use tax. It is your responsibility for any applicable tax liability.
